Lose your temper when you hear a politician make a promise that you know he or she can’t keep? If so, you may be mentally ill, according to the most recent revision of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). In this revision, psychiatrists hope to add dozens of new mental disorders. Unfortunately, many of these so-called illnesses target people who merely think or behave differently from the majority population. A case in point is “oppositional defiant disorder (ODD).” DSM defines ODD as “an ongoing pattern of disobedient, hostile and defiant behavior toward authority figures.” Symptoms include losing one’s temper, annoying people and being “touchy.” Other “disorders” include antisocial behavior, arrogance, cynicism and narcissism. Sounds like many of my readers! While diagnosis of ODD “victims” focuses on children, there’s no reason why ODD can’t exist in adults. Indeed, ODD can evolve into “conduct disorder” (CD), which DSM defines as “wherein the rights of others or social norms are violated.” Uh-oh. So violating “social norms” is now a mental illness as well. Let’s connect the dots, shall we? There’s a long and sordid history of governments using psychiatry for political repression. In the Soviet Union, thousands of political prisoners were detained in mental hospitals. There they were isolated from friends and family, and many cases, forcibly medicated. Nazi Germany went even further: it murdered over 180,000 psychiatric patients. Laws in most states allow child protective services agencies to forcibly medicate your children. Indeed, if you fail to administer drugs ordered by a physician or have your children submit to vaccinations, you can be imprisoned. As The Washington Post observed: “If seven-year-old Mozart tried composing his concertos today, he might be diagnosed with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and medicated into barren normality.” The conversion of personality differences into psychiatric disorders, and the forced medication of children, is a dangerous trend. It is but a short step to extend these laws to adults who have a pattern of “negativistic, defiant, disobedient and hostile behavior toward authority figures.” I’d prefer a different approach: institutionalizing the psychiatrists that came up with all these new disorders. Perhaps we could call their condition “overmedication psychosis.” And those of us with ODD, CD, or who simply don’t like the government telling us how to live our lives could breathe a bit easier. I say, “BULLSHIT TO THIS”; I'm in school to be a shrink, but according to these new guidelines; I need a treating physician, as well (not that I don't ALREADY have one.) I believe it’s just another way to "label" a new population and qualify them for the government teat. BULLSHIT!!! By the end of Oblahblah’s admin; he’ll have us so addicted to gov’t cheese that we’ll have to vote him back into office just to get our fix. Let’s take a closer look at what we’re evolving to: Food Stamps, Extended Unemployment, Easy access Welfare, Excuse Makers and Excuse Takers and of course; Universal Healthcare (which I’m still not sure that most American’s fail to realize; if they have a job, it ain’t gonna be free FOR THEM. They are mandated by BIG government to buy it and if they don’t it’s the shiny metal bracelets for them. Then when they’re locked up and lose the job that they were so lucky to have even had to begin with; we can get just a few more sheep sucking off the government nipple. We need to CAP entitlements!!! Pull back on what’s covered. Why should those who live with their hand out be eating filet mignon why me and mine are eating chuck steak? With the 9.7 unemployment rate, food stamps and the fact that so few of us are actually even paying our mortgages; we’ve become a country of, “gimmes.” Give me THIS and give me THAT. “Hell to the NO, I ain’t working (after all this time off; I’ve forgotten how.) And why even would I, when I can get it for free?” That’s not what made America great and unless the pendulum swings back real soon; we’ll NEVER BE GREAT AGAIN. New TAX Laws...Coming Yo' WAY...

In just three months, the largest tax hikes in the history of America will take effect. They will hit families and small businesses in three great waves on January 1, 2011: First Wave: Expiration of 2001 and 20... First Wave: Expiration of 2001 and 20... First Wave: Expiration of 2001 and 20...03 Tax Relief In 2001 and 2003, the GOP Congress enacted several tax cuts for investors, small business owners, and families. These will all expire on January 1, 2011: Personal income tax rates will rise. The top income tax rate will rise from 35 to 39.6 percent (this is also the rate at which two-thirds of small business profits are taxed). The lowest rate will rise from 10 to 15 percent. All the rates in between will also rise. Itemized deductions an d personal exemptions will again phase out, which has the same mathematical effect as higher marginal tax rates. The full list of marginal rate hikes is below: The 10% bracket rises to an expanded 15% The 25% bracket rises to 28% The 28% bracket rises to 31% The 33% bracket rises to 36% The 35% bracket rises to 39.6% Higher taxes on marriage and family. The "marriage penalty" (narrower tax brackets for married couples) will return from the first dollar of income. The child tax credit will be cut in half from $1000 to $500 pe r child. The standard deduction will no longer be doubled for married couples relative to the single level. The dependent care and adoption tax credits will be cut. The return of the Death Tax. This year, there is no death tax. For those dying on or after January 1 2011, there is a 55 percent top death tax rate on estates over $1 million. A person leaving behind two homes and a retirement account could easily pass along a death tax bill to their loved ones. Higher tax rates on savers and investors. The capital gains tax will rise from 15 percent this year to 20 percent in 2011. The dividends tax will rise from 15 percent this year to 39.6 percent in 2011. These rates will rise another 3.8 percent in 2013. Second Wave: Obamacare There are over twenty new or higher taxes in Obamacare. Several will first go into effect on January 1, 2011. They include: The "Medicine Cabinet Tax" Thanks to Obamacare, Americans will no longer be able to use health savings account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA), or health reimbursement (HRA) pre-tax dollars to purchase non-prescription, over-the-counter medicines (except insulin). The "Special Needs Kids Tax" This provision of Obamacare imposes a cap on flexible spending accounts (FSAs) of $2500 (Currently, there is no federal government limit). There is one group of FSA owners for whom this new cap will be particularly cruel and onerous: parents of special needs children. There are thousands of families with special needs children in the United States , and many of them use FSAs to pay for special needs education. Tuition rates at one leading school that teaches special needs children in Washington , D.C. ( National Child Research Center ) can easily exceed $14,000 per year. Under tax rules, FSA dollars can be used to pay for this type of special needs education. The HSA Withdrawal Tax Hike. This provision of Obamacare increases the additional tax on non-medical early withdrawals from an HSA from 10 to 20 percent, disadvantaging them relative to IRAs and other tax-advantaged accounts, which remain at 10 percent. Third Wave: The Alternative Minimum Tax and Employer Tax Hikes When Americans prepare to file their tax returns in January of 2011, they'll be in for a nasty surprise-the AMT won't be held harmless, and many tax relief provisions will have expired. The major items include: The AMT will ensnare over 28 million families, up from 4 million last year. According to the left-leaning Tax Policy Center , Congress' failure to index the AMT will lead to an explosion of AMT taxpaying families-rising from 4 million last year to 28.5 million. These families will have to calculate their tax burdens twice, and pay taxes at the higher level. The AMT was created in 1969 to ensnare a handful of taxpayers. Small business expensing will be slashed and 50% expensing will disappear. Small businesses can normally expense (rather than slowly-deduct, or "depreciate") equipment purchases up to $250,000. This will be cut all the way down to $25,000. Larger businesses can expense half of their purchases of equipment. In January of 2011, all of it will have to be "depreciated." Taxes will be raised on all types of businesses. There are literally scores of tax hikes on business that will take place. The biggest is the loss of the "research and experimentation tax credit," but there are many, many others. Combining high marginal tax rates with the loss of this tax relief will cost jobs. Tax Benefits for Education and Teaching Reduced. The deduction for tuition and fees will not be available. Tax credits for education will be limited. Teachers will no longer be able to deduct classroom expenses. Coverdell Education Savings Accounts will be cut. Employer-provided educational assistance is curtailed. The student loan interest deduction will be disallowed for hundreds of thousands of families. Charitable Contributions from IRAs no longer allowed. Under current law, a retired person with an IRA can contribute up to $100,000 per year directly to a charity from their IRA. This contribution also counts toward an annual "required minimum distribution." This ability will no longer be there. One of the surprises we'll find come next year, is what follows - - a little "surprise" that 99% of us had no idea was included in the "new and improved" healthcare legislation . . . the dupes, er, dopes, who backed this administration will be astonished! Starting in 2011, (next year folks), your W-2 tax form sent by your employer will be increased to show the value of whatever health insurance you are given by the company. It does not matter if that's a private concern or governmental body of some sort. If you're retired? So what; your gross will go up by the amount of insurance you get. You will be required to pay taxes on a large sum of money that you have never seen. Take your tax form you just finished and see what $15,000 or $20,000 additional gross does to your tax debt. That's what you'll pay next year. For many, it also puts you into a new higher bracket so it's even worse. This is how the government is going to buy insurance for the15% that don't have insurance and it's only part of the tax increases. Not believing this??? Here is a research of the summaries..... We're In The WRONG Gear!!!

With so much that has occurred in the two weeks since my last posting; I’m changing up the topics in this, Part Two of this series. Suffice is to say, it has been more than strongly suggested by members of both parties that the Obama Administration’s refusal to lift the Jones Act, mostly has to do with protecting the pocketbooks of his union allies by keeping foreign vessels at bay. The Jones Act is part of The Merchant Marine Act of 1920 is a United States Federal statute that regulates maritime commerce in U.S. waters and between U.S. ports. Section 27, also known as the Jones Act, deals with cabotage (i.e., coastal shipping) and requires that all goods transported by water between U.S. ports be carried in U.S.-flag ships, constructed in the United States, owned by U.S. citizens, and crewed by U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents. The purpose of the law is to support the U.S. Maritime industry, sources. In addition, amendments to the Jones Act, known as the Cargo Preference Act provide permanent legislation for the transportation of waterborne cargoes in U.S.-flag vessels. Still, the issue is now seemingly moot seeing as how the Comrade in Chief did finally lift the act, no matter how late in the game, BP managed to cap the leak and the Gulf is thankfully in the process of being restored to its previous pristine condition. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of its inhabitants. It’s being reported that over 20,000 jobs have been lost due to the six-month drilling ban in the Gulf that has been enacted. Unemployment is already at its peak in US history with over half a million Americans (and if the idiot has his way, soon a few hundred thousand illegal’s) filing for unemployment benefits last week alone. That in mind, how sound of an executive decision does it seem to impose these restrictions to appease his tree-hugger friends, etc? Moving on…Robert Gibbs, the White House press secretary, in my opinion, has the worst job in the world. He is basically paid to look like a bumbling idiot as a red herring to smoke and mirrors the fact that it is his boss, Obumbler, who is actually Le’ Incompetent. He appeared on Fox and Friends this morning and was interviewed by Gretchen Carlson. When Carlson asked Gibbs if tonight the President will admit that the surge worked, the Press secretary replied that Obama always said that putting 20,000 more troops on the ground would work. Unfortunately for Gibbs, just before the interview, Carlson showed the audience a video where Candidate Obama said that adding the troops would not work. Caught in a "misstatement" Gibbs went on the defensive and the fun ensued, including Carlson asking if President Obama was going to credit President Bush tonight during his speech for the success in Iraq--five times. Instead of answering the question, Gibbs counted the number of times Carlson asked. "That's the second time you asked the question...third...etc.” Predictably, Gretchen never got her answer, and so neither did we. It’s being predicted that in his address to the nation tonight, Obama will announce that all US troops will be out of Iraq by the end of 2011. That, however, begs the question; with just around 50,000 troops still on the ground there and still no coherent government to speak of, with violence and upheaval at its highest rate in the 7.5 years we’ve been there; are we just abandoning a region whose soil is still fertile for terrorism? Finally, last week while Osama, err…Obama took his 9th, 10th, 11th??? vacation since taking office (I can understand; I need a nap after power-spending at the mall. Difference is; I’m spending my own money), the House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) called Tuesday for the mass firing of the Obama administration's economic team, including Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner and White House adviser Larry Summers, arguing that November's midterm elections are shaping up as a referendum on sustained unemployment across the nation and saying the "writing is on the wall." Boehner said President Obama's team lacks "real-world, hands-on experience" in creating jobs that are needed for a full economic recovery. The Republican lawmaker cited reports that some senior aides complained of "exhaustion," including the recently departed budget Chief Peter Orszag. "President Obama should ask for - and accept - the resignations of the remaining members of his economic team, starting with Secretary Geithner and Larry Summers, the head of the National Economic Council," Boehner said in the morning speech to business leaders at the City Club of Cleveland. The mass dismissal, he added, would be "no substitute for a referendum on the president's job-killing agenda. That question will be put before the American people in due time. But we do not have the luxury of waiting months for the president to pick scapegoats for his failing 'stimulus' policies." Vice President Biden lashed back at Boehner, called his "so-called" economic plan nothing but a list of what Republicans are against and devoid of innovative new ideas that can help move the country forward. Ya Say Ya Wanna Revolution

The roof hasn’t collapsed yet, but the walls are caving in.

In this part of a new three part series called, “Ya Say Ya Want a Revolution,” we’re going to try to figure out what the hell he’s doing in Arizona with SB1070 (the new immigration law), the mosque at Ground Zero and that annoying Michele Obama commercial where she’s virtually begging us to send money to Haiti when it was reported yesterday that more American’s are collecting food stamps to feed their families as they wait for the sheriff to come serve them their eviction notices and put the lock on the door.

Part two is going to cover the Gulf oil spill and the real reason it took him so long to lift the Jones Act (hint, hint—unions), OGodHelpUs’s decision to finance off-shore drilling in Brazil, and his moratorium on deep water drilling in the Gulf.

Part three will cover and explain the new taxes coming our way, soon. So much for that campaign promise; along with all the others.

So let’s get started. Arizona’s new immigration law SB1070…a synopsis:

The Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act (introduced as Arizona Senate Bill 1070 and thus often referred to simply as Arizona SB 1070) is a legislative act in the U.S. state of Arizona that is the broadest and strictest anti-illegal immigration measure in decades. It has received national and international attention and has spurred considerable controversy.

U.S. federal law requires certain aliens to register with the U.S. government, and to have registration documents in their possession at all times. The Arizona Act additionally makes it a state misdemeanor crime for an alien to be in Arizona without carrying the required documents, bars state or local officials or agencies from restricting enforcement of federal immigration laws, and cracks down on those sheltering, hiring and transporting illegal aliens. The paragraph on intent in the legislation says it embodies an "attrition through enforcement" doctrine.

In March of 2010, rancher Bob Krentz and his dog were killed by an illegal alien from Mexico and just a couple of weeks ago two more American’s were murdered by who were believed to be Mexican drug lords. Forgive me, but I’d rather insult an alien and protect an American than have it the other way around, but that’s just me. No offense.

Critics of the legislation say it encourages racial profiling, while supporters say the law prohibits the use of race as the sole basis for investigating immigration status. The law was modified by Arizona House Bill 2162 within a week of its signing with the goal of addressing some of these concerns. There have been protests in opposition to the law in over 70 U.S. cities, including boycotts and calls for boycotts of Arizona. Polling has found the law to have majority support in Arizona, as well as nationwide. Passage of the measure has prompted other states to consider adopting similar legislation. And let’s hope they do; CLOSE OUR BORDERS!!!!

The mosque at Ground Zero is going to be a reality with President Obama weighing in forcefully, saying “…a nation built on religious freedom must allow it.”


“As a citizen, and as president, I believe that Muslims have the same right to practice their religion as everyone else in this country,” Obama told a crowd gathered at the White House Friday evening to observe the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.

He also then personally wished all Muslims around the world a happy Ramadan.

Who the hell is this guy? I wouldn’t be surprised to find him worshiping at the damn mosque himself in disguise.

The White House had not previously taken a stand on the mosque, which would be part of a $100 million Islamic community center two blocks from where nearly 3,000 people perished when hijacked jetliners slammed into the World Trade Center towers on Sept. 11, 2001. Press secretary Robert Gibbs had insisted it was a local matter.

But Obumbler’s tune changed when he concluded “that that includes the right to build a place of worship and a community center on private property in lower Manhattan, in accordance with local laws and ordinances,” he said. “This is America, and our commitment to religious freedom must be unshakable.”

No offense, but this guy is either a terrorist, himself…or just a real idiot. Does he not get that when those bulldozers show up to dig up the ground and churn the earth, the MURDERED BODIES of AMERICAN CITIZENS will be bulldozed along with it? He gets it, seriously, how could he not…he just doesn’t care.

Now, on to Michelle, the racist that the socialist is married to. Who else is beginning to find her annoying in that commercial with her persistent plea for us to text, “fuck America” to 999999 to send Haiti $10.

Now don’t get me wrong, I had no problem with America responding to the immediate disaster, I’m not heartless, I saw the footage on TV; I even donated myself…but come on, it happened more than 7 months ago. In January there were 498000 claims for unemployment, last count in August of 2010, there were 14,000+ more filing.


1.41 MILLION Americans filed for personal bankruptcy in 2009, alone. Who has $10 bucks to send to Haiti? No offense, of course.
